James Francis Cameron is a Canadian film director, producer, screenwriter, editor, and inventor. He spent some years creating documentary films, and also co-developing the digital 3-D Fusion Camera System. He has also contributed to underwater filming and remote vehicle technologies. The reason why we choose James Francis Cameron as our public figure is because of his creativity by telling his stories through films and make us receive much and much of the ideas and thinking.
First, James Cameron becomes popular nowadays is because of his famous film such as Titanic (1997 film), Avatar (2009 film) which motivated and influenced people. Both of the films are the two highest-grossing films of all time. Making rapidly, low- cost productions guides James Cameron to work efficiently and effectively. He added special effects on his films and he won awards.
Many films that he created has influenced public because most of the stories that he created was through his inspiration. For example, James Cameron getting the idea of the film "The Terminator" was through his nightmare which about an invincible robot hitman sent from the future to kill him. He uses creativity and transfer into his films are able to influence public. He had created many awesome films such as The Terminator, Rambo, Aliens, Titanic, Spider-Man and Dark Angel, Avatar and etc.
Therefore, James Francis Cameron is the one most creative person to us. All his hard works have received many awards. This has proved he is the successful.

Personal Reflection:
Today, Mdm. Putri give a lecture about Novelty, Creativity, Innovation and Invention. From the beginning, Mdm. Putri says creative person should think differently and thinking creatively in order to becomes creative. In the lecture, Mdm. Putri also told us that if something created without making any sense or accepted by society, that is NOT SOMETHING VALUABLE.
